We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager, Analytics, and Insights to assist our mission-critical, Real World Data & Analytics team. The Engagement Manager, Analytics, and Insights will work closely with Operations teams to ensure engagement success and satisfaction from our largest and most complex clients.

The Analytics and Insights team provides custom and semi-custom data and analytical solutions to the world's largest biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies. We engage our clients in a consultative approach, working in partnership to translate challenges into business questions, which we answer using data-driven methodologies. We seek self-directed, critical, and inquisitive professionals capable of proposing, executing, and owning such engagements, and who are excited by applying advanced methods to big data to solve consequential and complex problems.

As an Engagement Manager, you will independently manage and lead Real World Data-based data analytics projects through execution and delivery with minimal support from their manager, leading client interactions, project success, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients. Also, execute and support larger, complex engagements in collaboration with senior team members; and create and communicate client-ready deliverables that clearly answer business questions, and ensure high-quality outputs and results that make sense in business and therapy area context. As well as facilitate workshops with clients to understand needs and how to leverage Real World Data to meet those needs. Other aspects include supporting the growth of the Analytics business by driving or contributing to the sale of data, services, and advanced analytics, collaborating with teams across the organization to leverage Subject Matter Experts and Thought Leadership to promote services. Finally, you will serve as a mentor to junior team members, identifying their areas of growth and providing constructive feedback.

This position can be worked remotely anywhere in North America. You will work with teams in North America (primarily EST) and internationally, and must have the ability to work adjusted business hours as needed.

What you will need…

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and/or consulting roles, including experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility
• Familiarity in healthcare, and specifically life sciences
• Experience working with Real World Data
