Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Campus Recruiters (Liaisons) and Early Career Sourcing Specialists
responsible for attracting and educating a diverse pipeline of undergraduate/master/Phd
intern and graduate candidates across North America locations
• Responsible for developing trusted business advisor relationships with key stakeholders -
business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners I&D Recruiting team, Brand and Marketing,
Recruiters and Early Careers Program team - and collaborating with them to deploy the
recruiting strategy and achieve hiring goals.
• Maintain a fluid understanding of the workforce plan in order to cultivate talent pools and
leverage best practices to create and lead an innovative, year-round talent attraction plan.
Oversee development of a candidate pipeline that generates strategic and differentiated
candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business. Regularly track pipeline activity
and create communications plan to share with internal partners
• Develop and champion creative processes and techniques in order to continuously
strengthen candidate management and execution of an exceptional candidate experience.
Develop and lead attraction and education activities for a hybrid recruiting model including
both in-person and virtual recruiting activity.
• Build and cultivate an early careers sourcing ecosystem consisting of existing and new
sources of talent including but not limited to:
• University relations Strengthen school selection model and manage team of
Recruiters who create and lead recruiting activities at the select colleges and
universities. Develop a consistent school recruiting team structure in order to build
and strengthen relationships with campus stakeholders – career centers, faculty,
student organizations, administrators - Analyze progress and results at core schools,
and apply this data to identify new best practices and develop strategic
recommendations for future on-campus recruiting
• Digital sourcing tools – Evaluate use of current and future digital sourcing tools for
efficiency, effectiveness, and applicability to future workforce needs. Manage vendor
relationships, drive ongoing adoption of tools, ensure exhaustion of tool capabilities,
and lead evaluation of potential new tools. Champion growth of digital sourcing skills
across the team.
• Referrals – Strengthen connection between centralized referral process and early
careers sourcing ecosystem.
• I&D and industry conferences: Collaborate with I&D team on talent attraction
strategy and activities specific to partnerships with I&D and industry organizations.
This includes, but is not limited to national and regional conferences, networking
events, presentations, information sessions, utilization of membership databases, and
other customized solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring that all data related to recruiting and candidate management is
accurately maintained. Utilize data to identify improvement opportunities and drive
evolution of talent attraction and engagement strategy.
• Maintain mastery of recruiting laws, regulations and policies and ensure compliance across
team. Be a subject matter expert on innovative and best in class talent attraction,
engagement, and education tools, methodologies, processes and strategies.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Higher Education or related
field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading teams and remote management experience
• User of MS Office
• Experience partnering with multiple key stakeholders to build effective sourcing strategies and
relationships
• Track record of deploying successful talent attraction, pipeline management and acquisition
strategies to achieve hiring of a diverse workforce
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing
skills
• Strong problem solver who is excited to develop and lead creative solutions
• Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience
• Highly adaptable and flexible with experience excelling in a a fast paced, matrixed environment
• Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence
• Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience managing a small to medium campus recruitment team
• Knowledge expert on innovative and effective early careers attraction, engagement and
acquisition processes and strategies
• Experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools to enable and improve talent attraction,
engagement, and candidate experience: ATS, CRM, digital sourcing, assessment
• Recruiting involvement with national and/or local I& and industry partnerships

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience managing a small to medium campus recruitment team
• Knowledge expert on innovative and effective early careers attraction, engagement and
acquisition processes and strategies
• Experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools to enable and improve talent attraction,
engagement, and candidate experience: ATS, CRM, digital sourcing, assessment
• Recruiting involvement with national and/or local I& and industry partnerships

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
