Job Description

• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Create relationship types, understand cascading rules, work with hierarchical data, understand and configure entity mapping, create connections and connection roles.
• Create business process flows, enable business process flows, work with steps, stages, and categories, work with multiple entities, use conditional branching, implement role-driven business process flows.
• Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.
• Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.
• Assist Jr Developers and oversee programming functions to ensure the build is stable, secure and scalable in addition to meeting business requirements.
• Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
• Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
• Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects.
• Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
• Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall hands-on technical experience is strongly preferred, that includes but not limited to:
  o 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud product strongly preferred.
  o 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing CRM customizations and integrations to other systems using web services.
• Must have deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Sales and/or Service) and its features.
• Very Strong .NET and JavaScript skills.
• Experience in building database queries and procedures.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 platform and it's different functionalities like Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow assemblies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS).
• Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.
• Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
