Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate training-related reports such as course completion status and manage distribution to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Support Ad-hoc data requests
  • Prepare the report and analysis related to Employee’s Learning
  • Develop Microsoft Power BI dashboard
  • Manage and oversee Microsoft Power BI projects. Maintain LMS dashboard reporting.
  • Identify and practice process improvement solutions to boost productivity and save the time taken to perform the task manually.
  • Analyze daily operations to find areas that need improvement and drive process improvement.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (e.g., Data Science, Human Resources, Business Management etc.)
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel functionality
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and data analysis skills
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in visualisation tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed.
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing in these tools.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
