About The Role:
CBRE Hotels is seeking a Senior Analyst to support its investment sales efforts in the hotel and resort space throughout the New England region. The desired candidate will be dynamic, self-motivated, and possess the attitude, adaptability and organizational skills required to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented role. The position will require intermittent travel and will report directly to a Vice President based out of CBRE’s Boston office.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in all aspects of deal and client relationship management.
- Lead the process of constructing marketing and valuation collateral such as investment teasers, offering memorandums, and opinion of value presentations. Assist with financial modeling, pro forma projections and other valuation analysis.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.
- Conduct property tours with prospective hotel buyers and assist with other client-facing efforts such as live pitches, sales calls and other meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams across the CBRE Hotels platform such as Graphics and Debt and Structured finance.
- Lead efforts to implement AI and machine learning tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deal processing.
- Assist in business development and strategic planning efforts. Maintain and handle CRM systems and other databases.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business related field plus a minimum of four years related experience.
- Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, time management and organizational skills.
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working with a team.
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize data, and effectively present analysis. Ability to provide efficient, professional and courteous service to clients.
