In the Data Science department, we are looking for young, proactive professionals with knowledge of data processing. In this position you will have the opportunity to automate the department's modelling processes and assist in the implementation of innovative predictive solutions that address today's new business challenges. FUNCTIONS

  • Generation of reports and presentations of future trends in the real estate sector and the economy.
  • Participation in the structuring of the department's databases and the automation of modelling processes
  • Internal presentations of the analysis carried out and results obtained.
  • Participation in modelling projects, both econometric and Machine Learning, at a national and international level.

PROFILE

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Analytical skills together with creative thinking.
  • Guidance in finding practical solutions to complex business problems.
  • Programming experience in statistical inference software, mainly R, Python and SQL.
  • Experience in developing econometric or Machine Learning models will be favourably valued.
  • Ability to write and structure reports.
  • Proficency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Capacity for teamwork.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Sector will be valued.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics or similar.
  • Master's degree in Data Science or similar will be valued.
  • Ability to solve complex tasks.
