Realtor.com is looking for an HR Program/Communications Manager who can flexibly and skillfully pivot between building, managing and communicating people-facing strategies, programs and initiatives, in close partnership with the Chief People Officer and the Employee Engagement and Communications team. This role excels at taking programs from ideation all the way through to delivery and impact.

As a successful candidate, you’ll bring curiosity and a strategic mindset to building and sharing important people-facing initiatives to both the HR organization and the company at large. Your work will span from thought leadership across all facets of people strategy, to project tracking and driving operational rigor, to applying creativity and storytelling in bringing important people priorities to life, and everything in between. You will also build compelling content that helps propel the company and our people forward, and you’ll apply an attention to detail and deep knowledge of our communication channels and tools to getting the right message to the right audience at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support development and execution and provide operational oversight for HR strategies, programs and plans, including content, scheduling, delivery, risk management, and escalations as necessary.
  • Manage Chief People Officer operational deliverables, including content sourcing and development, change management, meeting and event strategy and content, and metrics.
  • Develop and deliver HR strategy, organization and program content across a variety of communication formats (presentations, stories, video, social media) and channels (All Hands, internal webcasts, Intranet, etc.), for both the People team and for the company at large.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Up to five years of experience in project management and communications; internal communications, human resources communications and/or agency experience a plus
  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field, Communications, Journalism, or English, or an equivalent number of years of relevant work experience. MBA is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically, and to translate and map business and initiative strategy into effective, audience- and data-driven people and communications programs and tactics
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion and oversight
  • Strong writer; storytelling approach to communications; ability to translate complex concepts for broad audiences (writing samples required)
  • Highly adept at producing compelling presentations and multimedia using “state of the art” tools and authoring platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, including project and milestone definition and oversight, proactive stakeholder engagement/guidance, and metrics definition/tracking
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and quality
  • Team player who is comfortable collaborating closely with others and shifting focus to multiple projects and priorities each day
  • Competent user of Google suite of products
  • Knowledge of Human Resources, real estate industry and/or technology industry a plus
  • Basic understanding of AI applications in communications a plus
