Realtor.com is currently seeking a Senior Staff Data analyst lead who will report to the Director of Product Analytics and support consumer product analytics focusing mostly on audience growth and the engagement from SEO channels. This role is crucial to our strategic growth of traffic, engagement, and lead submission analytics, from SEO and other organic acquisition sources across our web and native app platforms.
Our consumer analytics vision is to improve the consumer journey, and support our audience growth via organic search.The chosen individual will collaborate intensively with the Head of Organic Growth, focusing on bridging data gaps and standardizing SEO data from third parties within our centralized warehouse. Beyond data integration, a deep understanding of consumer behaviors in organic search and SEO will be essential, discovering insights that refine our strategies. Effective cross-team communication, especially with engineering and product teams, is vital.
We’re looking for someone with a solid track record in web analytics and data science, experience in clickstream tracking, familiarity with google search console and google core web vital metrics and being able to extract valuable insights from complex datasets. Being an exceptional problem solver using a hypothesis-driven approach is crucial. The goal is not just to spot issues but to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to the executive team, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment with our goals in a disciplined way. A good understanding of A/B testing, profound experience with data warehouse platforms (e.g Snowflake), visualization tools (.g., Tableau, Power BI) alongside strong critical thinking will be indispensable for this pivotal role.
