The CRM Engagement Marketing team is looking for a marketing and product leader to be a key part of driving the seller CRM strategy. We are a high performing team that is excited to execute new marketing programs across email, push notifications, app, and web. You’ll be responsible for strategizing seller lifecycle programs across channels to guide these consumers on their journey to sell their current home seamlessly. You will be the CRM product owner for known sellers, which includes 50+ existing seller campaigns, generating a vision for the seller lifecycle and bringing it to life. You will partner closely with the Product team, Brand Bureau, Data Science, Marketing Ops, MarTech and Analytics to strategize, project manage, execute, and report on campaigns to drive consumer engagement.

We’re looking for a dedicated team player who is driven towards innovating, testing and optimizing results. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator, tactical executioner and consumer-focused fanatic who can drive forward multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have technical and analytical skills to design solutions that help frame a positive user journey, and a track record of working closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement them. What you’ll do:

  • Build and own the seller annual and quarterly roadmaps with accountability to KRs around unique user and lead growth
  • Be the CEO of your line of business — manage day-to-day product performance, health and plan the execution of new campaigns/products
  • Manage marketing ops engineer capacity planning and MarTech data pipeline requests
  • Establish strong relationships cross-functionally across marketing, Brand Bureau, product, analytics, and data science to drive forward CRM initiatives
  • Brief in new project requests to the Brand Bureau. Project manage CRM campaigns from ideation through to execution and results
  • Engage with Analytics and Consumer Research teams to derive further insights
  • Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous CRM strategy experience ideally in an omnichannel environment (experience in multiple channels—email, web, and app preferred).
  • Product management experience
  • Experience in consumer segmentation strategy
  • Experience with ESP migration projects and managing MarTech data pipeline transitions
  • Action-oriented and able to act intuitively, while following established processes
  • Data-driven, with the ability to summarize and communicate test ideas and results
  • Fast learner and self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Strong computer skills; proficient with spreadsheets and creating slide decks
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or analytics or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented and concise
  • Innately curious and data-driven
  • Both team and self-driven attitude
  • Moves at a quick pace and is flexible
  • Forms great relationships, both internally and externally
  • Results-driven, data & action-oriented
  • Top-notch project management skills with emphasis on driving projects and target launch dates in a collaborative way
  • Successful participation in cross-functional teams and ability to influence great outcomes
  • Technically savvy – familiar with CRM marketing channels, personalization and database management
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with consumer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learnings.
