Job Description

What you will be doing

  • Gather data and measure business performance against requirements using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence reports
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross functional projects
  • Diagram, analyze and evaluate existing business processes to senior leaders. You will focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.
  • Plan, perform and implement business process improvement initiatives within the GRS team
  • Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations.

What you bring:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
  • Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation, and re-engineering.

Added bonus if you have:

  • SQL and Tableau experience
  • Microsoft Fabric experience
  • Data science background
  • Advanced degree (MBA)
