This role is designated for the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) function at ADM and provides the opportunity to providing independent, objective consulting for a critical function, in order to help the team articulate performance, set criteria, measure success, identify gaps, and visualize return on resource investment. This is achieved by utilizing a systematic and disciplined approaches for measuring what the organization delivers for sales and growth of the business, and teaching a global technical function how to maintain measures that justify resources and inform output. While we have examples of this, data visualization is limited and the intern can help RSA bring it to life.
During our intense 12-week program, interns will work collaboratively to conduct assessments, build trackers and methods for gathering productivity data after getting to know the business and the function goals. Develop criteria that inform budgets, resource discussions, KPIs and customer service.
This is a paid internship and includes company-paid housing. Standard costs are reimbursed for relocating to and from the assigned location.
