As Senior Data Analyst at ADM, you will be part of a small but mighty Global Talent Team, which is called the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE). This CoE has a vison to be the expert in knowing and increasing the visibility and movement of ADMs internal talent, to understand the critical roles and succession pools for those roles, understanding and increasing the diversity of our talent, and developing internal leaders through meaningful career paths.

Reporting to the Corporate Talent Manager, the Senior Data Analyst, partners with the Talent CoE members, HR and other business stakeholders to develop data driven insights.

Our North American headquarters is located in Decatur, IL; However this position can be done from any ADM location. Business travel to Decatur, IL or Chicago, IL will be required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent CoE members, HR and the business provide meaningful data-drive insights related to talent management programs to help leaders and the talent team make informed decisions on succession and development
  • Collect data to build dashboards with both internal as well as benchmark data to inform targeted talent programs, to support the CoE Talent Managers to have more impactful talent and succession conversations with business leaders and to measure the impact of talent programs;
  • Use strong visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate and provide clear and actionable insights based on key data findings;
  • Build innovative data tools to further automize the existing global talent processes related to the identification and assessment of talent and succession planning;
  • Work independently, managing multiple concurrent or complex projects with strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Support Talent COE business need for ad-hoc reporting requests from HRIS system.

Key Skills Required

  • Quantitative skills and strong quality assurance, maintaining attention to detail/data accuracy;
  • Ability to maintain discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive people data;
  • Intellectually curious and resourceful;
  • Pro-active and walks the extra mile;

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, technology or related fields.

Experience

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in a data team;
  • Experience in designing dashboards, automated reports and models using HRIS systems, and other reporting systems;
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience with data generating and visualization tools (e.g. PowerApps, Macros, PowerBI, etc.);
  • Recommended knowledge in Sharepoint, SQL, Python (Basic);
  • It will be considerable as differential to know AI (Artificial Intelligence), Chatbot and Azure from Microsoft
  • Ideally experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, Oracle or to implement HR systems related to Performance Evaluation and Training process
