Your Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Modelling: Collaborate with data scientists to re-engineer machine learning models.
• Business Requirements: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for model development and deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Your Team:

Our MSP team is a powerhouse of cross-functional experts working in harmony to reshape the future of AI/ML productionalization at Rabobank. Currently the team has 6 developers supported by a Product Manager, Scrum Master and Solution architect. We follow scrum way of working.

To Be Successful in This Role:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years total of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in relevant data science and analytics environments as Technical Business Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data science tools and techniques, including data analysis, statistical modelling, and visualization. Expertise in Python and/ or R, SQL and Spark are essential. Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks will be preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the financial industry and the application of data science in banking is preferred.
• Business Acumen: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Inquisitive Mindset: A willingness to ask questions, explore new ideas, and maintain an open and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Customer Focus: A dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of our internal stakeholders and the broader organization.

• Based on your experience: up to € 5655,- gross per month (scale 9) or up to €6741,- gross per month (scale 10)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• A desk, chair and monitor to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
• a personal development budget of € 1,400-
• a combination of working from home and at the office
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%
• 2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year
