As a Machine Learning Engineer, you can make a difference

Within the Tribe Data & Analytics you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe contains 6 area’s:

• Global Data Platform
• Analytics Platform
• Data & Factory Services
• Data Science
• Business Intelligence
• Customer Analytics

For about 40 squads are divided over these areas. Machine Learning Engineers are working in the Data Science area. We need your help to design, build and run groundbreaking solutions that are as valuable to our 7 million customers.

You will be responsible for

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join a multi-disciplinary team where you have end-to-end responsible for your solutions. Your tasks involve researching, building, and designing the artificial intelligence responsible for machine learning and maintaining and improving existing artificial intelligence systems. You also contribute to the relentless automation of the above activities. On top of that you give and receive help from peers, experts and stakeholders so we can improve together.

As a Machine Learning Engineer within the tribe D&A it is important that:

• You are a nice, friendly and approachable person.
• 3+ years of experience with software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience deploying solutions to Azure.
• 3+ years of experience using CI/CD environments.
• 2+ year of experience with Python development.

• 1+ year of experience with Databricks development.
• Passionate about clean, well-structured and testable solutions.
• You can communicate well in the English language.

• Based on your experience: up to € 5437,- gross per month (scale 9) or up to €6481,- gross per month (scale 10)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
• a personal development budget of € 1,400-
• a combination of working from home and at the office
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5%
• 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year
