You and your job

Within Tribe Digital Platform, our squads work on a digital platform that provides the frameworks and tools for over 120 teams that build our modern digital experience, while ensuring the highest standards for quality, performance and security. We keep improving our Agile ways of working and have a real knowledge sharing culture.

As a Cloud Engineer you will work on two of our most important tracks:

Development of a data science platform that other teams can use (based on AzureML). &

Supporting our data scientists in the development of analytics use cases.

You have daily contact with the rest of the team and you like to work in an interdisciplinary environment. We really bring the worlds of Engineering and Data Science together.

Team Cylon

You will be part of team Cylon. A newly formed team that is setting the pace for AI & Analytics development in the IT-tribes that are closest to our customers. Together with other data scientists, architect, data engineer and analytics translators you will be tasked with setting up new use cases that serve the bank and/or our customers. We support both IT-processes of other teams AND develop new products that improve the life of our customers.

• You enjoy collaborating with both data scientists and other cloud engineers.
• Experience with IaaS and PaaS environments.
• You are proactive and can take ownership of the entire duration of development; from ideation to realisation.

• Azure Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep).
• Automation through scripting (Azure CLI, PowerShell).
• DevOps practices, Git.
• Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (Yaml).
• Other relevant Azure Tech stack includes: Azure Active Directory & RBAC, Azure Compute/Networking & Azure (data lake) Storage.
• Strong in taking ownership: you are pro-active and have “can do anything” attitude and a critical thinking with a willingness to speak up 
• You are always willing to help and coach others, both within your team in the larger development community in Rabobank. You actively build an engaged (developer) community existing of teams within the organization and can mentor junior members in the team to help helping them grow
• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking and writing English.
