Product Manager, Ad Tech – Denver, Colorado

In this role you will work as a member of the Digital Product team with a focus on monetization. You will ensure Western Union has the best-in-class Ad solutions, which provide the best possible customer experience, while achieving the success metrics.

Role Responsibilities

• This role will lead the effort, launch and expansion of ad solutions that will drive monetization KPIs.
• Lead through product lifecycle from requirement definition, research, metrics analysis, development, testing, launch and ongoing optimizations.
• Be the key driver for identifying new opportunities. Drive Ad product strategy and roadmap in the context of broader business goals, at the same time not impacting customer conversion on Western Union’s website and app.
• Collaborate cross functionally with business teams, data science, engineering to define & refine the roadmap.
• Lead in-house teams using agile scrum methodology drafting product requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with scrum team members. Ensure product features are delivered according to specification.
• Be the subject matter expert of the product and an advocate of customer needs.
• Manage products ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Infosec.

Role Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in the digital space.
• Ad tech background, with a deep understanding of the Ad tech ecosystem, sponsored ads, CPM/ CPC, real-time auctions.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to constantly deep dive and take decisions on the basis of data.
• Experience driving projects with cross functional colleagues.
• Strong business writing, presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
• Great attention to detail coupled with experience seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing competing needs and providing extreme clarity to your team
• Experience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, product features & stories

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $86,700 – $166,750 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
