The Ads Measurement Modeling team provides ML-based solutions for maintaining conversion visibility in today’s privacy sensitive environment. The team is at the forefront of ensuring the continued success of Pinterest’s performance advertising business and is focused on building novel, 0 to 1 solutions for the problems in the area.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Pinterest’s ML efforts to mitigate the impact of privacy-related changes on conversion visibility
• Stay up-to-date on the latest modeling techniques, be a multiplier on the team and contribute towards upleveling team members
• Push the state of the art in the recommendation systems area
• Work with the Ads ML infra team to improve model training / serving performance and stability

What we’re looking for:

• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• Experience in either conversion modeling for ads serving or modeled conversions for ads reporting
• 6+ years of experience working with large-scale ML systems
• 2+ years of experience leading 10+ member teams as tech lead
• Cross-functional collaborator and strong communicator
