Who are we ?

Our support team designs innovative, intuitive products, centered on data and algorithms, to help our customers make relevant decisions about their business. It is made up of 30 people who work together to create several solutions around data science.

We have all the skills that allow us to meet the needs of our customers and integrate our solutions into their cloud environments with several strings to our bow: Product Managers, Product designers, Lead tech, Developers, Devops, Data Scientists.

Why are we recruiting?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Python software engineer because today we are facing several challenges:

Growth – We have more and more requests related to the development of AI & Data products for our customers

Development - need to structure our products from launch to best manage scalability, changes in vision

Team – We are recruiting a new software engineering python to support datascientists in the industrialization of core modeling

Our working method

The products are designed/developed from our offices, allowing us to really work together over time and to share our practices. Telework is still possible for the most homebound, although it's always nicer to have the team together in the offices 

We believe that product development takes place in two phases:

- A discovery phase to understand user needs, pain points, business needs and the outlines of the product architecture

- A delivery phase which rolls out the product vision consolidated upstream

Of course, these two cycles continue to exist in parallel, the product does not stop at the first delivery!

Your role in the team

Graduated from an engineering school or a university degree, you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a python software engineer position.

Passionate about application development, you want to join a stimulating work environment, participate in several solutions around data science. Your missions will be the following: 

- Develop python assets (API, algorithms) of our business core

- Participate in package architecture choices and micro-service splitting

- Participate in the deployment and continuous integration of our libraries

- Contribute to the adoption of assets and share best practices within the Ekimetrics tech community

Ideally, you will have experience in

- complex back-end projects, bonus for a data back-end

- on cloud deployment on Azure or GCP

- the entire development cycle of an application
