Why are we recruiting?

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Manager to join our Paris office. We want to strengthen our teams involved in the Marketing Performance of our customers. We support them as much on detailed and actionable recommendations as on longer-term brand strategies, reconnecting immediate and future business impact.

Your role in the team

The Manager at Ekimetrics has a role of Head of Mission on Data Marketing subjects and he/she is also the engine of internal Ekimetrics projects:

An external dimension focused on the customer: 

• Manage end-to-end projects including audit, planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance;
• Elaborate the roadmap concerning the strategy and the architecture recommendations;
• Accompany the management of a complete data industrialization cycle;
• Present strategic recommendations to clients.

An internal dimension focused on the solution and operational excellence of Ekimetrics:

• Continuously contribute to the optimization of technical solutions developed internally and deployed to our customers;
• Write and build the standards of tomorrow to participate in the operational excellence of Ekimetrics;
• Participate in the animation of the Data Science community, in technological watch and in the sharing of knowledge on the state of the art around Data subjects.

A People & Business Development dimension:

• Proactively contribute to the development of more junior members of the team, in order to increase their impact in all areas of activity of our clients;
• Participate and create/provide technical training as part of our internal training program Eki.Academy ;
• Contribute to the recruitment and therefore to the growth of the team;
• Participate in pre-sales activities of Ekimetrics projects;
• Publicize the innovative business solutions that we offer our customers by participating in thematic conferences or other specific technological events.
