In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Paris office. We want to strengthen our teams involved in the Marketing Performance of our customers. We support them as much on detailed and actionable recommendations as on longer-term brand strategies, reconnecting immediate and future business impact.

Your role in the team:

Strategic contributions and growth of Ekimetrics:

• Member of the Paris management team, involved in the entity's development initiatives and strategic decisions;
• Significantly involved in entity operations, revenue decisions, short and long term investment strategy, as well as recruitment and development plans;
• Be a strong representative of the Ekimetrics culture, leading internal initiatives to improve the skills/experiences of consultants and promoting the Ekimetrics culture in external contexts;
• Lead the path of innovation as Ekimetrics expands its offering and capabilities in the market;
• Identify opportunities for innovation to increase the efficiency and profitability of the company;
• Bring your expertise to Ekimetrics to help find the right solutions for our customers.

Business Development

• Accelerate the growth of Ekimetrics in the market;

Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers;

• Position Ekimetrics as a facilitator of data science transformation with key decision makers;
• Act as a subject matter expert for sales efforts, including RFPs, new business proposals and other business opportunities;
• Act as a company ambassador, including thought leadership, speaking at events, networking with brand executives and industry partners.

Account management and service delivery

• Be responsible for the customer relationship of the managed accounts;
• Foster trust and develop close relationships with senior management on the client side;
• Lead Ekimetrics' most complex projects: multi-million dollar accounts, critical and strategic projects, or innovation projects to expand our offering or increase efficiency;
• Oversee multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring account growth and profitability, in partnership with established project teams;
• Promote a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Cultivate your external network with a customer-centric approach, generate new business opportunities and improve Ekimetrics' position in the market.

People management and development

Implement the HR plan and provide team members with opportunities for success

• Recruit and align resources to hire, train employees and manage performance.

Actively work with the team to improve engagement, retain top performers and support the development of future Ekimetrics leaders

Facilitate training for consultants on topics ranging from data science techniques to business strategy

• Work with international counterparts on global people management topics, such as annual review processes, mentorship training and cultural initiatives.

Contribute to supporting our team and the growth of our business by participating in local and global initiatives such as Thought Leadership, Knowledge Management, Recruitment, Culture and Diversity, and developing engineering capabilities and of data architecture in the office.
