Role
Our Customer Solutions Engineers (CSE) are critical technical partners for our customers and sales teams. The CSE will drive the technical integration for Dow Jones’ prospects, customers and partners, who range from cutting-edge startups and incubators to the world’s most respected corporations.
In addition to working with customers, the CSE team defines best practices and architecture patterns relevant to customers' needs and incorporates trending technologies and techniques into the proposed solutions.
