What role will you play as a member of Colgate's Information Technology team?

As a Data Warehouse Manager for our data foundation you will focus on expanding and optimizing our data architectures, growing a team which enables business analytics via advanced data models, and exploring emerging technology in the data space. The Data Warehousing Manger will be a highly expert data model builder and who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. You will manage a team of analytics engineers who support our business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure efficient data architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. You will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company's data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives. This team is a group of innovators and technologists that love to learn and collaborate!

What you will do Project manage key data projects for priority business areas. Define, design, and build data models for use by the business. Enable internal teams to build reusable and sustainable data models. Enable teams to build and use and access cross functional datasets in their analysis. Expand our data quality, data cataloging, and data management initiatives. Build and mentor a team of highly skilled analytics engineers. Explore related emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles. Performs other duties as assigned. Aligns with all policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years professional experience as a data analyst, data architect, data engineer, or related role developing data models
  • Experience with programming languages like Python, Java
  • Experience using SQL Experience using a cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience using Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift, Synapse

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years managing a technical team

  • Experience with Source control (GitHub/GitLab) and DevOps automation systems

Salary Range $107,760 - $158,445 USD


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
