The Hill’s E2E Data & Analytics Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Hill’s CS&L E2E Analytical strategy and data governance. This position leads the overall E2E analytics solution strategies and roadmaps for implementing new capabilities and integrating them into existing and new analytical platforms. This position will cross functionally and cross-regionally work to improve overall supply chain performance and cost efficiencies through data analytics and data science into the Hill’s E2E planning systems. The position will lead the Material Master Specialist role within the Hill’s Supply Planning team.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate in building overall analytics enablement, solution strategies, roadmaps, and governance for Hill’s E2E Planning Organization
  • Leads master data system integration processes within existing / future planning solutions and functions for Hill’s CS&L
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Customer Service & Logistics, and external business partners to drive operational efficiencies, implement supply network strategies and achieve key performance indicators every day
  • Performs ongoing forward looking inventory planning and reporting as defined by organizational needs including new product roll out planning, slob and inventory risk reporting
  • Lead Hill's logistics network modeling and design studies cross-functionally and builds network recommendations as appropriate
  • Lead E2E daily collaboration to facilitate inventory decisions improving customer service performance and revenue opportunities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, including data sourcing, data transformation and modeling, sophisticated analysis and end-user visualization
  • Apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, simulation, optimization and other advanced analytical capabilities to deliver valuable insights and solutions
  • Responsible for site security administration for local CS&L Team

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of combined experience in Manufacturing, Customer Services & Logistics or Procurement management
  • Proficiencies in sophisticated analytics and apply Supply Chain optimization tools / methodologies to determine process and cost improvements
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to use decision-making processes and judgment. Advanced SAP, APO, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
  • Broad business knowledge and strong understanding of Supply Chain systems
  • Broad business knowledge of manufacturing, product deployment, logistics, warehouse operations and financial reporting.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to lead and handle multiple priorities and stressful situations effectively
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of Supervisory or Project Management experience is preferred
  • APICS Certification
  • MBA
