What you will do:

• Develop the behaviors to drive autonomous decision making in a variety of operationally relevant environments
• Consult with subject matter experts composed of former and current operators to devise creative behaviors to complex problems
• Leverage the tools created by Hivemind Design to create new capabilities for the warfighter 
• Analyze behaviors to determine root causes, improvements, and measurable capabilities

Required qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, similar degree, or equivalent practical experience 
• 2+ years of experience in software development 
• Experience working projects with 10+ contributors
• Strong ability to debug, optimize, refactor, and write tests
• Offers Fast, efficient, effective problem solving approaches
• Exceptional collaborator and communicator 
• Comfortability within Unix environments
• Hard-working, trustworthy teammate 
• Exhibits holding themselves and others to high standards
• Being kind to others
• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning development and architectures -(specifically reinforcement learning) 
• Experience with GPU programming 
• Experience with autonomous systems
• Experience with containerization
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and other agile principles
