Job Description

Multiple Positions Available

Participate in the design, development, evaluation, deployment and updating of innovative data-driven models and analytical solutions for machine learning and discovery and recommendation systems

• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to create scalable discovery and recommendation systems
• Research and implement novel ML and statistical approaches to add value to the Business.
• Collaborate with other teams to find technical solutions to complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientist.
• Working closely with software engineering teams to drive real-time model implementations and new feature creations
• Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
• Tracking general business activity and providing clear, compelling management reporting on a regular basis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field and 1 year of work experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or a related field.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or a related field.

Experience must include:

• year of experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or equivalent programming language
• 1 year of experience with SQL and statistical computing tools
• 1 year of experience in algorithm development.
• 1 year of experience in applying theoretical models in an applied environment.
