Key job responsibilities
We are looking for Applied Scientiststo join us and lead development of new algorithms and solutions. You will be part of a team of applied scientists and software development engineers responsible for research, design, development and deployment of algorithms into production pipelines. You will apply your deep science knowledge to concrete problems that have broad cross-organizational, global, and technology impact. You will work on large engineering efforts that solve significantly complex problems facing global customers. You will be trusted to operate with independence and are often assigned to focus on areas with significant impact on audience satisfaction. You consistently bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions. As a technologist, you will also drive publications of original work in top-tier conferences. We're looking for someone with outstanding analytical abilities and someone comfortable working with cross-functional teams and systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience of building machine learning models for business application
• PhD or equivalent Master's Degree plus experience in CS, CE, ML or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Peer-reviewed scientific contributions in premier journals and conferences
• Experience with defining research and development practices in an applied environment
• Technical writing, verbal communication, and cross discipline collaboration skills
