Job Description

We're looking for individuals to lead the design and build of reports and dashboards, design data models, and interface with stakeholders across the organization.

The Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and business partners in all aspects of the development life cycle including, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and support of reporting applications to be used internally by our employees.
• Research, Design, Develop, and Test reports and dashboards for stakeholders across all business functions.
• Design data models to extract data from operational databases and transform the data for analysis and presentation.
• Distill complex data and relationships into clear, concise charts and visualizations.
• Implement key recommendations by identifying cross-functional stakeholders, developing requirements, ensuring accurate implementation, monitoring impact, and optimizing results.
• Gather and process raw data to identify meaningful insights.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence and Data Science concepts
• 3+ years hands-on experience and knowledge of Qlik products (Qlik Sense and NPrinting)
• 3+ Experience using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or other.
• Familiarity and experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Looker, etc)
• Understanding of visualization best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Strong database designing and SQL skills
• Ability to understand data and gain subject matter expertise
• Experience in various DB systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Impala, Hive, etc)
• Excellent problem solving skills, be able to troubleshoot problems/issues effectively and efficiently
• Experience working in an agile team environment using JIRA, GIT, Jenkins
