Job Description

Candidates should have experience writing reports in Tableau or PowerBI within a healthcare orginzation. Lead or managerial experience is not required.

JOB PURPOSE

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of On Lok's information delivery systems. They will serve as lead for a team of analysts in gathering business requirements & data needs, identifying & developing the ideal BI solution, and maintaining effective & thorough documentation & related data governance artifacts.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, including visualization & transactional reporting from targeted enterprise applications.
• Develops and maintains strong professional relationships within the department and cross functionally.
• Regularly engages with customers to understand their needs and deliver the best productpossible.
• Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities.
• Prioritizes requests & balances workload across team.
• Completes BI development tasks directly as necessary.
• Ensures excellence and quality in delivered product & related documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
