Job Description

We are looking for a BI Analyst (all genders) to join the Vendor Performance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You will be joining our Vendor Performance Data Analytics Team focused on supporting our vendor performance operation and product teams - which focuses on delivering state of the art dashboarding to drive sales, performance and other key metrics.

As the BI analyst you will be responsible to drive both the internal and external reporting. You will help our internal partners make better decisions, as well as help drive our partners' performance.

Your mission:

• Develop Tableau dashboards for internal & external stakeholders to improve understanding of how our platforms are being used, and how to further develop it and how to boost performance of existing partners
• Engage with local and global teams to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and help to translate this into actionable insights
• Improve metrics on platforms: develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualization to facilitate access to insights to our partners accessing the platforms
• Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders and create new data analyses based on commonly defined specifications
• Analyze trends in our data and providing insight and explanation to our development squads teams to improve their operations using data
• Help identify, define and specify future insight and data needs to support the product development
• Collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and product owners

Your heroic skills:

• You have 2-4 years of work experience (not counting internships) providing internal teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• You are proficient with SQL
• You have a excellent knowledge of visualization tools; experience in working with Looker is a strong benefit
• You are really passionate about data and generating insights
• You have the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• We are very dynamic. You need to feel comfortable in fast-changing working environments
• You are open minded and eager to learn even the most detailed nuances of business
