About the job
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively.
As a Product Feedback Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and synthesizing product feedback from various sources to identify actionable insights that drive product improvements and Go-To-Market strategies.
Working closely with product and GTM partners, you will help develop an understanding of user needs and pain points across Google's Ads and policies. You will leverage your investigative skills to translate raw feedback into meaningful data points and contribute to the development of recommendations for Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
