Applied AI Expert – DataRobot (English & Arabic Speaking)

As a member of the Applied AI team, you will work closely with customers, applying expertise in data science, AI, and the DataRobot platform to help them achieve their business objectives.

This role involves collaboration with clients across industries, engaging with both business (executive, line-of-business) and technical (data science, engineering, software development, analytics) stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales:

• Represent the DataRobot platform to a wide range of stakeholders, from data scientists to C-level executives.
• Lead product demonstrations, align DataRobot with customer goals, and drive the Proof of Value (POV) process.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business value and impact-driven messaging.

Post-Sales:

• Serve as a DataRobot and AI subject matter expert, guiding customers through implementation, use-case execution, and Joint Success Plans (JSPs).
• Ensure customer success by achieving measurable Value Realization Indicators, leading to renewals and expansion.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor throughout the customer lifecycle—supporting problem framing, data preparation, model building, deployment, and AI application development.

General:

• Advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Present at conferences and contribute to AI/ML thought leadership and marketing content.

Key Collaborations:

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other Applied AI Experts.
• Provide field insights to Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience with consultative sales in AI, data science, or analytics.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, generative AI, or AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and AI tools.
• Proficiency in Python or R for AI/ML workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and impact.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales AI role or hands-on data science experience.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience as a pre-sales Data Scientist will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Customer-facing experience in AI or related domains.
