Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Analyst to join our GALE Solutions team in developing cutting edge Generative AI solutions for various domains, including banking, healthcare, retail and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, AI/ML, and a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different domains to identify and analyze business requirements for Generative AI solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models, to support the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to design and implement AI models that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed Generative AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Generative AI and their potential applications across various domains.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years’ experience in defining and managing core products or business applications, either through product management (strongly preferred) or equivalent activities.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, techniques, and their applications across industries such as banking and healthcare.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Domain knowledge in banking, healthcare, or other relevant industries is a plus.
