What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop an understanding of Customer Decision Hub and how the product meets client requirements.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback from various sources including support tickets, end user feedback, and client interviews.
  • Analyze feedback to identify common pain points, feature requests, and compile a comprehensive report summarizing key findings and actionable insights.
  • Create new documentation and tutorials to assist users in understanding and effectively using the product.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support the testing of new and enhanced features to ensure all requirements are satisfied.

Who You Are:

You are an upperclassman student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, looking for an internship that provides practical real-world experience in product management. You understand basic programming principles and have an interest in Artificial Intelligence including machine learning, generative AI, and data science in general. You are detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for improving user experiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Drive for continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and identify creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback analysis and documentation practices is a plus.
