What You'll Do at Pega:

• Become a subject matter expert for Pega Platform – focusing on low-code development capabilities & practices.
• Engage directly with clients & partners.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Analyze the market to identify key trends, opportunities and threats.
• Develop differentiating positioning and messages.
• Develop programs for thought leadership, product launch, and field enablement.
• Evangelize Pega at conferences, tradeshows, & industry events.

• Confident enough to challenge anyone on their viewpoint, when it needs challenging.
• Eager to get out in front and speak your mind, at any time – whether that’s during a meeting, dinner, conference breakout, or keynote presentation.
• Energized by debating marketing, analytics & data approaches with a C-level exec.
• Tech-savvy and collaborative enough to earn the product team’s trust.

What You've Accomplished:

• 3-6 years of marketing, development, delivery, sales, product marketing, or product management experience.
• Experience working in a high-tech firm.
• Exceptionally strong writing and communications skills demonstrated via technology-oriented white papers, eBooks, articles, webinars, or video content.
• Working knowledge of a quantitative discipline like marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, data science, or analytics.
• Basic grounding in technology-enabling capabilities like AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, complex event processing, natural language processing, performance simulation, or customer decision management.
