When engaging with clients, you’ll work with our team of highly skilled, passionate and genuine design, business and technology professionals led by a Digital Transformation Director. The goal of this team is to solve the client’s most compelling business problem using Pega’s technology. Each of our client engagements are unique and important so you’ll be expected to contribute at a high level consistently.

When working independently, you’ll be creating, testing and documenting new ways to lead groups and individuals through improved collaborative methods and exercises using AI and other technologies.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Design and facilitate workshops that leverage AI

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Proven expertise with design thinking and the ability to leverage AI to generate creative solutions and enhance collaboration.
• Be a thought leader in the application of AI in groups and team situations.
• Foster group collaboration & creative problem solving using AI
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage group dynamics with internal colleagues and client participants from IT, Business and Operations.
• Apply generative AI and other AI techniques in real-world group collaboration settings.
• Proven expertise with design thinking and the ability to leverage AI to generate creative solutions and enhance collaboration.

• Proven ability to drive innovation and change with clients.

Who You Are:

• AI Educated - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• AI and Machine Learning: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, modeling, training and generative models.
• Data Handling: Strong skills in data analysis, preprocessing, SQL, and handling large datasets.
• Programming Languages: Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming languages and data analytics programming languages used in AI solutions (Python, SQL and R)

What You've Accomplished:

• Prompt Engineering Guru: You’ve cracked the code on interacting with LLMs. You understand what LLMs can and cannot help a person or a team do. What are the best use cases and why?
• Workshop Creator and Facilitator: You’ve integrated AI and human knowledge into collaboration sessions to drive better outcomes and decisions.
• Worked with Fortune 500 clients: You love consulting with clients to solve their most complex and important problems using technology while also considering the impact on people and processes.
