Our team creates transparency around planning, budgeting, and expense management for our Information Technology Division.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate on and/or lead strategic efforts to enhance the current TBM cost model by finding opportunities to improve data, allocation, and costing methodologies
  • Act as a direct interface between the TBM Office and key Stakeholders within Information Technology, IT-Finance, and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Support efforts for Model Development, Risks and Controls, Security Access, Tool Maintenance, and Break-fixes
  • Import data from various sources to produce meaningful and timely monthly reporting packages of actual versus budget results related to IT consumption and associated costs
  • Demonstrate knowledge and fast learning of the underlying data, where it comes from, and the ability to reconcile and check data quality, including financial and consumption records
  • Support the Ad-hoc gathering of functional and business requirements and translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics/Data Science
  • 1+ years’ experience in the following:
  • Data wrangling, data manipulation, visualizations, dashboarding, and ETL
  • Financial systems, management information systems, and/or relational databases to develop business intelligence
  • Design/development of management reporting of financials
  • Finding opportunities and/or participating in projects related to crafting operational efficiencies, reducing costs and/or functional/technical process improvement
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Experience with Apptio, Access Database, Tableau Desktop/Server, AWS, Hyperion, VMware preferred
  • Experience with Agile development frameworks and tools preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
