Position Overview:

The Enterprise Operations and Technology division is the heart of technology within Freddie Mac, and we’re looking for an Early Career Program professional to support our technology analyst, technology internship and other early career programs that bring the best talent to Freddie Mac.

Your Impact:

You’ll contribute to the design, creation and future of early career hiring, education and experience programs that give students and recent college grads a path from college to corporate. You’ll be part of a team hiring and training the future of technology talent for Freddie Mac.
 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide event design and logistics for recruiting events (e.g., scheduling event space/time, booking speakers, creating run of show, managing event technology)
  • Plan and represent Freddie Mac at campus visits, virtual interviews, candidate interest forums, job fairs and other candidate interactions
  • Support onboarding, training and education activities for early career hires
  • Research potential schools and recruiting opportunities for early career hire programs
  • Monitor and update performance dashboards, with ability to create reports, provide budget updates and track participant learning/development progress
  • Engage/track/train volunteers to support early career mentoring and outreach
  • Assist with scheduling, budget management, and program/project management
  • Create communications and outreach tools that enhance the early career experience

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in supporting recruiting and retention, learning or other employee programs needs in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in presenting to varied audiences
