• Increase availability of information about our data enabling additional business self-service and increase speed of data analysis
• Expand visibility of Data Quality metrics and integrity for business users, growing data confidence

• Enable operational excellence as we partner to deliver innovative risk reduction solutions through the footprint reduction of legacy assets, providing greater agility for connected systems and applications that integrate data

• View data as a product and improve speed to market of data capabilities, changing our engagement model as well as continuous modernization of the data platform
• Enable data capabilities in the data ecosystem with data and data services that powers Tier 1 efforts and business innovation.
• Simplify external BI offerings under a single product ECO, accelerating enablement of sophisticated insights of our data

Your Impact:

• Lead the strategic direction for modernization our data assets to the cloud. Execute our multi-year roadmap.
• Work with partners, enterprise teams including architecture to help design footprint on cloud.
• Drive program to meet business resiliency targets with modernizing data assets.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop and use tools and techniques to increase speed to market and complete used cases for business capabilities

Qualifications:

• Typically has 15+ years of relevant experience and 8+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading and implementing data modernization efforts using Cloud native technologies.
• Proficient and proven experience in Cloud concepts including Data Virtualization, Data Lake, Data Ingestion, etc.
• Experience in leading a Data Strategy and Business Data Architecture function
• techniques (e.g., conceptual and logical data modeling in relational and non-relational structures)
• Experience with leading and implementing data management best practices within a business operational environment
