As a DATA Project Manager, you will join the Process, Projects, Management and Reporting department of the Second Level Control sector of the Compliance Department of the Société Générale Group.

You will report to a Project Manager of the department, and will be required to interact with the bank's IT department, the team of Data Scientists, the permanent controllers and all the players in the department spread across the following 3 areas: Project management digital technologies and the improvement of tools, Processes and methodologies, Management indicators and reporting.

The Second Level Control sector carries out internal controls linked to compliance on all businesses of the Societe Generale group. As such, each quarter, the department presents to the bank's General Management the main risk areas identified during control missions, as well as data relating to the progress of the execution of control missions.

Concretely, you will be required to:

• Innovate and imagine future solutions relating to Data Science for the permanent control department of the Compliance Department of the Société Générale Group.
• Work, in coordination with the team of Data Scientists located in India and the team of permanent controllers, to develop use cases using machine learning to make second-level testing as relevant and effective as possible .
• Participate in the automation of quarterly reporting for General Management based on a data cube developed by the IT team and templates validated by management. These reports must automatically feed into PowerPoint materials.
• Contribute to the automation of monitoring or tools allowing activity monitoring.

You will be based in La Défense (no travel) and will interact on a daily basis with our Data Scientist teams located in France and India.

AND IF IT WERE YOU ?

You are preparing a Bac +4/5 in an engineering school or university with a specialization in Computer Science.

• You have a good command of design and IT tools and a good knowledge of development languages: Python, SQL, VBA.
• You master Microsoft tools: SSRS, Power BI, Power Point, Excel, Teams, etc.
• You are recognized for your rigor, your organization and autonomy. You also demonstrate listening and analysis skills. Your curiosity and commitment push you to take initiatives on a daily basis.
• Your good humor, your dynamism and your collaborative spirit will allow you to easily integrate into an attentive team working in a good atmosphere!
