Job Description

We would like to you to join us on our new and exciting adventure in the Data Science & Analytics ecosystem, powered by the newest technologies and methods. You will see yourself leading the Machine Learning innovation and development, work with us with the best solutions on the market and build on the most exciting use cases. We want you to combine the power of open source Machine Learning models with the flexibility and adaptability of our new Open Source Analytics Platform.

You will think, propose and develop on methods, workflows, projects and many more other business use cases in order to deliver the best solutions for our bank. You will directly impact and improve our methods of extracting and understanding insights and KPIs.

What we expect from you:

• Be a student or graduate from a STEM University
• Extensive curiosity for the Data Science eco-system, its utility and applicability;
• Autonomous way of thinking, acting and working – lead & drive your own projects;
• Be able to understand, adapt and shift various in-place processes to a more data-driven way or working;
• Excellent communication & public speaking skills;
• A passion for all things data - we are eager to debate and talk with you about them;
• Be a team player – co-develop & coordinate with your teammates;
• Be eager to learn!

PROFIL

Nice to have:

• Understand the steps involved in a model development process (you can check CRISP-DM);
• Know-how about process automation;
• Experience or know-how about visualization tools/ methods;
• Knowledge of how Machine Learning models work and perform;
• Understand how metrics work and why evaluation depends on the model/ dataset;
• An understanding of relational Databases – SQL experience is a plus;
• Silly technical jokes.
