Blackstone Data Science is the firm-wide team dedicated to leveraging advanced analytics, statistical methods, and data-driven insights to enhance our investments and business operations. Our mission is to address critical business questions using data analysis, statistics, programming, and machine learning techniques. Integrated into our investment groups, we apply alternative datasets and analytical methods to deepen our understanding of assets and markets while identifying new investment and partnership opportunities.

BXDS is a vital part of the firm's Portfolio Operations Group. In private equity, we collaborate closely with deal teams to quantify potential sources of corporate value through data science. In our portfolio companies, we work with management teams to drive operational efficiencies and create new revenue streams using data-driven strategies. In real estate, we partner with deal teams to evaluate local market attractiveness based on innovative datasets and proprietary geospatial models.

Our team consists of data scientists, engineers, and strategists who analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, build production-ready data pipelines, and offer guidance on intelligent data utilization. We sit at the intersection of quantitative and investment analysis, focusing exclusively on projects that have a significant impact. BXDS team members have the unique opportunity to collaborate with Blackstone's senior management and executives from our portfolio companies. If you thrive in an intellectually stimulating environment with tangible business results, BXDS may be the right fit for you.
