Job Description

• Director of Research
• Sell side and energy transition experience, can write compelling research reports
• Leads Ecosystem research: ESG ecosystem and Energy transition technologies
• Create thematic research, integrating 3rd party and proprietary ESG data analytics
• Thought leadership and communication of ESG and energy transition trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

• BA/BS with a strong academic record, and with a degree in a business or social science field, or one with an emphasis on statistics or quantitative research methodologies
• 8+ years experience working in research
• Experience with quantitative tracking studies, and an in-depth understanding of a range of various other research methodologies
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, written and visual communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
• Critical thinker, able to understand and solve complex questions using creative, collaborative tactics
• Passionate for ESG research, and ability to follow industry trends in the ESG and energy transition space
