As more and more companies develop their practice of Artificial Intelligence, so do their need to organize their AI efforts with reinforced governance and controls, in order to improve the efficiency of their AI initiatives and manage their underlying risks.

The AI Governance Consultant will play an essential role in supporting Dataiku’s customers outline key dimensions of their AI governance needs and meet them through Dataiku’s unique AI Governance offer. The AI Governance Consultant will support customer activities at all stages of the sales cycles, acting both as a key stakeholder to present Dataiku’s offer and dedicated product as well as organizing implementations and adoption.

What you’ll do:

• Develop an efficient approach to support end-to-end implementation of Dataiku’s AI Governance offer: from customer framework identification, mapping to Dataiku’s product range, down to management of project roll-out and securing successful adoption. 
• Support pre-sales activities on Dataiku’s AI governance offer: product demonstration, value proposition presentation, implementation and integration principles, … The AI Governance Consultant will work tightly with the Sales Engineering community and provide input and support to opportunities as required. 
• Lead implementation projects with Dataiku customers: map implementation, structure roll-out plans, develop custom templates, support governance principles roll-out, … 
• Tightly work with the Product Manager in charge of Dataiku’s dedicated product to shape the roadmap, fuel back in product design work all customer feedback and support feedback gathering on all new product functionalities. 
• Act as a key contact point for the Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams on AI Governance topics, with a focus on governance structuring and resulting projects roll-out. 
• Actively contribute to all other activities handled by Dataiku’s team of AI Governance experts: AI regulatory watch, thought-leadership, marketing, awareness, internal enablement, support to development of a strong partner network, ...

Who you are:

• Masters degree, 7 to 10 years of working experience with outstanding track record in complex projects management and roll-out, with the capacity to move from initial initiative design to program roll-out
• Proven expertise in governance or regulatory-related topics.
• A good understanding of AI and resulting needs from a governance standpoint will be a plus. 
• Capable of handling projects end-to-end in an autonomous and inclusive manner, and of sharing best practices with all stakeholders. 
• Both able to make detailed recommendations and not afraid to actually do the work
• Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts
• Based in Paris or London and able to travel
