Job Description

Development and execution of data architectures, governance, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data life cycle needs of the enterprise.

This position should be able to design products and data pipelines are resilient to change, modular, flexible, scalable, reusable and cost effective. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Understand business use of data and stakeholder requirements to support work processes and strategic business objectives
• Leverage data, software engineering, and data engineering techniques to create business value through data accessibility. Includes data ingestion, data preparation and analytics processing
• Deliver results in collaboration with other data engineering and technical teams. Constructively and positively influence own and other teams/organizations direction

Required qualifications and experience:

Technical

• Experience working with SAP BW/4 HANA & Embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics cloud
• Programming, scripting (e.g. Python, SQL, Shell Scripting)
• Design and development of BW Objects/ Open hub, InfoCubes, Providers, ADSO, Info package/objects, Rules)

- Strong knowledge of ETL process, SQL and PL/SQL tools.

• Data architecture concepts understanding (relational and dimensional data models)

- Data visualization (Spotfire, PowerBI)

Preferred Qualifications (desirable):

• Hands on experience in Analysis for Office, SAP Fiori and SAP HANA Design studio
• Functional knowledge in Finance, Logistics, HR.
• AMDP HANA (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)
• SAP BW IP (Integrated Planning) /BPC(SAP Business Planning & Consolidation)
• 2+ years industry experience, developing data products and/or analytics solutions (business intelligence and data warehousing, data science…)
• Experience working in an agile team (Scrum / Kanban) is considered a plus
