We are currently looking for someone who can enable new industry leading customer experiences through deep knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe tool sets. Identifying opportunities inside and outside our digital tech stack that allow us to bring truly personalized cross-channel experience to our customers will be the focus of this role. This is a global role within the digital marketing technology team working with colleagues in our Massachusetts headquarters.

The main job responsibilities consist of:

  • Drive optimization + enablement of customer experience capabilities that can advance the digital marketing roadmap.
  • Translate digital marketing requirements into detailed CX capability requirements.
  • Advise digital marketing teams on capabilities they have at their disposal in their ideation phase.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience Product owner for assessments and learnings to have one common voice to Salesforce.
  • Partner with the Creative Technology personalization hands-on team to guide them and solve complex challenges.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to understand how to enable Einstein in customer experiences.
  • Functional solutioning of customer experiences within marketing tech stack partnering with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tech lead.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture if and when solutions across platforms need to be improved.
  • Work out data flows needed to deliver best-in-class marketing capabilities and customer experiences.
  • Work with SMEs in different verticals in marketing tools for detailed requirements and/or execution.
  • Primary power user of omnichannel marketing platforms (Salesforce and Adobe) within Global Sales team.
  • Partner with Data Governance team for Adobe Campaign Classic related topics.
  • Discuss capabilities and opportunities for the business team by integrating with Salesforce Commerce and Service Cloud.​
  • Stay on top of Salesforce's roadmap by identifying new capabilities that can help Bose implement more efficient, powerful, and meaningful experiences.
  • Incubate new Salesforce capabilities within internal stakeholders like Creative Technology and Digital Marketing team to understand how to best leverage them.
  • Partner with tech teams to advice on their capability definition + development to make email campaigns work.
  • Partner with tech teams to advice on their capability definition + development to make personalization scenarios work.

We're looking for someone who have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Expertise in customer journey orchestration technology. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Journey Builder and Adobe Campaign​
  • Deep understanding of how technical teams can integrate into Salesforce Marketing Cloud for triggering emails​
  • Basic understanding of how technical teams can integrate into Adobe Campaign Classic for triggering emails​
  • Experience with Customer Journey Orchestration within Salesforce​
  • A high expert knowledge level of Salesforce Marketing Cloud​
  • Detailed knowledge of how the different technology solutions work together, and what they enable in terms of customer experiences​
  • Remain current on Salesforce’s feature roadmap​ to inform marketing organization on potential opportunities/capabilities to improve business outcomes.
  • Detailed knowledge of how the different marketing technology solutions work together, and what they enable in terms of customer experiences

Required Competencies

  • Fast learner when it comes to integrations with data lakes or Bose’s IoT platform
  • Able to work out a detailed functional flow within Marketing Cloud & Interaction Studio
  • Able to follow technical meetings, with Architects or dev teams or data governance
  • Able to work out a data flow within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Able to quickly get insights out of digital insights reports​
  • +5 Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience & Interaction Studio (combined)​
  • +1 year of Adobe Campaign Classic experience
  • +2 years of experience in tagging management tools like GTM​
  • +2 years of experience in personalized customer experiences​
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, IT or related field​
