We are looking for a recent graduate to enter the development program within our Data and Analytics Center of Excellence (D&A CoE). This is a two year program, where you will spend 6 months on each of our teams gaining exposure to every aspect of data and analytics with the goal of transitioning to a full time role. You will be exposed to data strategy and modeling, data and analytical engineering, data analytics, and data science. You will support a wide variety of teams across the company including product, marketing, manufacturing, and service.

The D&A CoE provides data expertise across the company, crafting data standards and governance, maintaining the Data Lake, and applying analytics and data science to answer some of the most challenging decisions in areas such as price optimization, demand forecasting, drivers of customer loyalty, real-time personalization, and more. Responsibilities:

• The first role is on the data strategy team, where you will design data models, architectures, and support data discovery, cataloging, and quality efforts
• The second role is on the data engineering team, where you will build pipelines to move data between systems, leveraging serverless, event driven architectures, and you will help deploy ML models to production
• The third role is on the analytical engineering team, where you will partner with analysts and data scientists build data marts that drive dashboards and model development
• The final role is on the data science and analytics team, where you will create insights, develop dashboards, and train machine learning models that guide decision making at the company

Education:

• BS or MS in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Skills:

• Ideally candidates will have some experience with programming languages like SQL and Python, data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, analytics tools like PowerBI, as well as AWS/Azure/GCP
