WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

As a digital marketing manager with a focus on lead management, you are part of our Austria-wide small customer sales team. You are responsible for the data-based generation and processing of business opportunities (leads) through digital marketing campaigns . You support the implementation of marketing concepts and are the interface to local and international specialist departments . Your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns (newsletters, social media, etc.) to optimize lead generation for the outbound team -
  • Analyzing the customer platform to suggest customer call lists, which are called by the outbound team
  • Strong collaboration with international and local specialist departments (marketing, sales controlling, etc.)
  • Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives in order to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make adjustments
  • Identification of market trends and Opportunities (keyword “growth hacking”)
  • Analyzing and optimizing the user experience

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Operational sales experience from the field is desirable
  • Strong conceptual and strategic skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in dealing with big data
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication and rhetorical skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and common CRM software (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Good English knowledge
