ABOUT THE ROLE

Product Managers transform great ideas and technology into experiences that delight our customers. As part of the Payrix team within FIS you will help us build a world class payments platform for SaaS companies. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for challenging the status-quo to create compelling customer experiences. The Payrix team has offices in Denver, Atlanta, and Cincinnati. This is a remote eligible role. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive ML product strategy and lead teams toward the vision of a ML-enabled product along underwriting, transaction monitoring, and portfolio monitoring dimensions.
  • Own the ML product roadmap for key aspects of data and risk.
  • Identify, design, test, and validate experiences that solve customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to set near and long-term objectives, identify and define metrics-based goals, and drive progress against those goals.
  • Write agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, that are targeted to iteratively improve capabilities overtime while validating their impact towards defined goals.
  • Define KPIs, track results, and drive improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience building consumer products and experiences - bonus points for Payment and/or Fintech experience.
  • You have strong customer empathy balancing business, tech, and design.
  • You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make.
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical, and business requirements.
  • An end-to-end thinker and problem solver–curious about the inner workings of financial services.
  • Data-informed, but not limited—you know how to define metrics and determine the impact of initiatives, but you also know how to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • A collaborative leader–passionate about growing and sharing your skills to help other team members develop and refine their talents.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $139,580.00 - $234,500.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
