The position
The FounData program is a new R&D data insights setup that will transform how we work with clinical data internally and externally. With this transformation we expect to establish a best-in-class platform and data governance allowing us to democratise our R&D data across the value chain. As a Data Governance Manager, you will be part of setting the direction of the data infrastructure vision together with the rest of the team.

Experience from other pharma, consulting or larger organisations and a background in Real-world evidence data and license management will be an advantage.
As a person the ideal candidate has a tireless drive, naturally spearheading change in large organisations and has strong communication skills with a flair for structure and strong project management skills.
About the department
You will join the growing Data Insights team anchored in Data Management (Development) with 300+ employees – across Denmark, India, Spain and North America, delivering to the wide Novo Nordisk Development pipeline. You will be part of a larger program organisation with cross-functional team members, all working closely together towards our shared vision of democratizing our clinical data.
