Key Responsibilities

• Innovative AI Solutions: Conceptualize and develop novel AI approaches, focusing on NLP and active learning, to enhance our capabilities in drug development.

• Problem-Solving Leadership: Tackle complex challenges in content generation, data analysis, and AI model refinement, leading a team of skilled AI professionals.

• Project Management and Collaboration: Drive projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

• Quality Metrics and Systems Development: Establish and implement quality measurement metrics for AI-generated content, and spearhead the development of systems for prompt refinement and customization of large language models (LLMs).

• Communication and Influence: Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to a diverse audience, including non-technical stakeholders, to foster understanding and support for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced AI and ML Expertise: Strong background in AI, particularly in LLMs and active learning. Proven ability to innovate and lead in this domain.

• NLP Mastery: Demonstrated success in natural language processing, with a rich portfolio of projects that showcase your skill in handling and generating complex textual data.

• Strategic Thinker: Proven track record in strategic planning, with the ability to foresee and navigate the challenges and opportunities in AI applications.

• Adaptable and Continuous Learner: Eagerness to learn from ongoing projects and adapt strategies to evolving needs and technologies.

• Strong Leadership and Teamwork: Experience in leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and working collaboratively across departments.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with drug development processes.

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant work experience in AI-focused roles, ideally in the drug development industry.

• Demonstrated contributions to AI through publications, patents, or significant projects.
